The process from start to finish was simple and smooth. … More I got a quote from Michael by letting them know my preference in window, the style, and coloring. Then I called them back after deciding, and approved the work and funding for my project. The manufacturing of my windows took about a month. Then, they came and installed 6 windows in 1 day (I did choose fairly simple windows) and left them looking great and they're well installed. I would use Cupcake again for their communication and great service!
