From the guy that went door to door and caught our attention with his hospitality, to Phil the salesman that negotiated an affordable price, to Tim and his crew that did the install. They made sure to communicate from beginning to end, even when they found an extra vent that needed to be taken care of, at no extra charge. Pricing fell in the middle between 2 other contractors but the consistency and how their customer service, Tim, and Phil guided us every step of the way is why my husband and I went with Cupcake.
